    Trouble with refillable injection pens?

I got a handful of these reusable pens to use with some research compounds. The first one I tried didn't seem to work, so I took it apart and saw the plunger was stuck. Since then, I've had similar problems with about half of my pens. The plungers are jammed, and I can't figure out how to fix...

I feel amazing & zero side effects! ✨

I saw someone asked about skin issues. I've found that staying really hydrated helps a lot with skin elasticity while losing weight. Also, some people swear by collagen supplements, but I haven't tried them myself.

I feel amazing & zero side effects! ✨

Looking good. And good luck with med school. The internship year can be rough, but after that, your options open up. My fiber rec – eat a cup of blackberries. Pretty easy when you grab a container of them. Glad our local store has them on sale sometimes.

Before pics: cringe now, celebrate later!

Fantastic progress! Are you seeing a regular endo, or using an online prescriber? My regular doc says my insurance won’t cover the meds, so I'm looking for an online option but I'm nervous about picking the right one.

    One year down, 70lbs gone!

Congrats on hitting your goal weight! I just broke into double-digit kgs myself. Feels great, doesn't it?

Before pics: cringe now, celebrate later!

I almost blew off the before pics. But a month in, comparing them really showed me the progress. My telehealth doc at Zappy Health was big on this, said the scale lies but the camera doesn't.

    Extra tirz for bubbles?

Speaking of pens... anybody else feel like there's always a little left in the pen after it 'runs out'? Like you can't dial another full dose, but there's still some liquid visible? I've been thinking about trying to suck it out with a regular syringe, since this stuff ain't cheap.

    Brain's still catching up!

Thanks, everyone! It's still weird sometimes looking in the mirror. I started this whole thing back in October 2024 around 265 lbs, and now I'm hovering around 140. It's like...who is that?

    Brain's still catching up!

Started on some meds for my ADHD and they helped me drop like 25 pounds, but I plateaued. So I started the injections around January '25. I'm down 78 pounds now. Super stoked and feeling good about myself. Haven't been under 165 in ages. My kid's teacher walked right past me the other day...

    Tirz + Servo stack?

Has anyone experimented with Tesofensine alongside Mounjaro or Tirz? I've read some interesting things. My doc's willing to explore it, but I'm curious about real-world experiences, especially with sleep quality.

    Tirz + Servo stack?

I've joked about c0ke on here before, but didn't expect someone to actually use it to lose weight 😅

    Tiny tirzepatide dose increases?

Customizing is underrated. People rush to follow the protocol, but we can go slower or more often. Faster is a bit risky, but slower is usually safer and more pleasant.

    Tiny tirzepatide dose increases?

    I've been moving up in small steps: 2.5 for 4 weeks 3.5 for 2 weeks 5 for 4 weeks 6 for 4 weeks Now I'm at 7

    Tiny tirzepatide dose increases?

It's probably best to go slowly, but there isn't data. Trials use bigger jumps to make sure they see big effects.
