    I'm down 24lbs, and there's definitely a difference in my face. My clothes are looser, and the measuring tape suggests elsewhere too, but I'm quite overweight, so it's more noticeable in my face. I'm going to have major jowls when all this is over because of genetics and the fat loss.

    I agree with Drew14, loving yourself is a big part of it. It makes you WANT to treat yourself better. It becomes less about forcing yourself and more about wanting to. The meds helped me get there!

    Sure! I started around 250, and I'm hovering around 215 these days. As for diet, I'm focusing on whole foods, more protein, and less processed stuff. It's a marathon, not a sprint!
