Ok, I'm still confused about how much water to add when reconstituting. Say I have a 5mg vial of something and I want to dose a certain amount, how do I figure out the water?
Could someone please explain the difference between cosmetic-grade powder and the stuff used for subcutaneous injections?
Someone already asked if peptide powder can be applied topically, and the answer was that it's not recommended due to price. Is price the ONLY reason?
I stayed on 2.5mg until it stopped working! I was on it for 9 weeks, then moved up to 5mg. Now, a year later I am still on 5mg, so I will be tapering off of it soon, as I am nearly at my goal weight. What does your doctor advise, Care_Wine?

Redhead here! Now more pale and freckled, but still. My ginger skin has always been sensitive. Never thought about the connection! I also keep checking the bed for phantom ants. I tell myself it's part of getting healthy again.
I agree
Consistency is totally key. When I started tracking macros more diligently, that's when I saw the biggest change. I use an app to monitor everything; it’s a bit of a pain, but the data is super helpful.
