    What was your average daily food intake? How much exercise per week? Were you counting calories or macros? I started 3 weeks ago and am down 13 lbs. I do 30-45 minutes of weight training at lunch and jiu jitsu 3-4 evenings a week. I'm not sure what to focus on with food.
