    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

First Reta, now Tirz to see what's best. Both lowered Hershey's and Reese's sales because I can resist eating a whole bag. I can eat 2 mini Reese's and stop. A voice says "eat more," but I can ignore it.

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

I ate mine before starting Reta because I did not want to risk it. I had some small boutique maker chocolates. That, and good tequila. Both are gone.

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

Chocolate is certainly a stepping stone to meth. This needs to be shut down before Dominos signs on. Get away Satan.

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

I thought the same. A lot of the food companies are seeking alternatives. I just don't see it. How do you market to someone who is happy with just celery and a chicken thigh for supper?

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

I don't buy it. I used to love dark chocolate, but I have not wanted any in a while. It's just not appealing anymore. I also don't consider Lindt to be amazing chocolate. Just passing on all of it.

    Diet Soda While on Ozempic?

I've noticed I'm craving sweets more than usual. Like, I could eat cake all day, but a grilled chicken breast sounds awful. Is that just me?

Upping my dose - kinda scared!

Hey Doubtful_Donut_8! A friend of mine started back on their full dose after a break and had a really bad time, so maybe ask your doctor if you take a break. Also, good luck!

Upping my dose - kinda scared!

Thanks, that's really helpful! I think I will go up by a smaller amount. It's good to know it is ok to not follow it exactly.

    Diet Soda While on Ozempic?

Since starting Ozempic, I haven't felt sick from any specific food or drink. The only times I've felt ill is when I've overeaten. As long as I stop when I'm adequately satisfied, I can eat whatever I like.

Upping my dose - kinda scared!

Hi everyone! Tomorrow's the day I go from 14 to 28 units in week 9, and I'm a bit anxious. It feels like a significant leap. I started at 143 lbs using semaglutide (which I'm paying for myself), and I'm now at 134 lbs, so it's definitely working. My second daughter arrived last June. I was...

Just got my sema, now what?

I'm curious, what's your dosage supposed to be for each week? That might help us figure out if they screwed something up.

    Halfway to goal weight!

That's incredible progress, Run_Crew! It's so inspiring to hear success stories like yours. It gives hope to those of us who've almost given up. Do you mind if I ask what dosage you're on?

Have you tried calling the company? They should be able to explain it to you.

Stomach bug or just... the meds?

I can relate to this stuff. I've been on Oz for about a year and a half. The every-other-week events are... intense. Sometimes, I swear, they are larger than should be possible. Fiber is key. A stool softener alone might help if you're getting enough fiber. If not, you might run into some issues.

Stomach bug or just... the meds?

This happened to me this past week. I've actually never felt so ill. I spent the entire night on the bathroom floor throwing up and didn't sleep at all. It felt like someone was stabbing me. It's been a few days and I'm feeling much better but I'm still bloated and queasy and can't stop burping.
