    Slow starter success stories?

That's amazing, almost 45 pounds! I didn't take any 'before' pics, it's just too awkward for me. I'm so glad you understand that it takes effort in addition to the medication. Keep it up!

    Hit a HUGE milestone 🎉

I started weight training, which helped me feel more in control of my body. Plus, seeing muscle definition appear under where the fat used to be is a great motivator! Give it a try!

Am I too skinny now? + a fun NSV

It's so important for people to acknowledge the mental and physical health benefits of losing weight. It should be a valid reason for medication, and accessible to everyone. Good work everyone!

Am I too skinny now? + a fun NSV

Over 70% of adults in the US are considered overweight, and close to half are obese. I think we're so used to seeing overweight people that we've forgotten what a healthy weight actually looks like. You look great and healthy!

Am I too skinny now? + a fun NSV

138 pounds at 5'4" is NOT too thin. Your friends and family just need some time to adjust to the new you. Next time someone says something, smile and say, "Thanks! I've been working really hard!" Act like it's a compliment. They'll eventually stop when they get used to it.

GHK-Cu for Topicals - Where to Buy?

Has anyone tried ordering from Elite Peptides? I'm looking for a new source for other things and saw them mentioned elsewhere, but I'm always a little nervous trying new places.

GHK-Cu for Topicals - Where to Buy?

Oops, my mistake! I thought "GLOW" meant both the shots and the stuff you mix into creams. Yes, I'm looking for the cream additive. Would you be willing to share where you get it? I understand if you don't want to give away your sources. And just to confirm, the brand I mentioned is the cosmetic...

GHK-Cu for Topicals - Where to Buy?

Hi everyone! I'm new to this and trying to find some reputable sources for what's considered cosmetic grade GHK-Cu. I've heard people get it from overseas suppliers, but I'm not really comfortable with that yet. I saw one brand mentioned positively here (aside from the stinging, lol) and...

Research Vendor: Anyone try this source?

Right, it works okay for suppression, but my research subject needed a higher dose (3-4 mg extra weekly) for the same effects. Otherwise, no problems. I did switch to another source recently because they have certificates of analysis, and Research Vendor doesn't have that info for their product.

Research Vendor: Anyone try this source?

It's not that there was *no* suppression, just that I had to up the dosage for my subject to get back to the previous level of suppression. I think the vial probably didn't contain the stated amount of Tirzepatide. So instead of a true 5mg dose, the subject needed around 9mg to get the same...

Research Vendor: Anyone try this source?

I did purchase from them, and the Tirzepatide works. I only bought one vial and decided to go ahead based on their posted tests and information from other users. I am questioning the strength of their Tirz batch from the single vial that I purchased. My research subject never experienced food...

I can ride the Go-Karts now!!

Hey everyone! I've struggled with my weight practically my whole life. I remember hitting 90lbs around 2nd grade. Doctor visits were always something I dreaded. My dad tried everything. Calorie counting, low carb... The "walk for half an hour and then get a treat that completely cancels out...

    Exhausted on Mounjaro?!

Get your blood checked! Turns out I was slightly anemic, so I added iron to my supplements and feel a million times better! Could also be low B12 or vitamin D, depending on your location and diet.

    Exhausted on Mounjaro?!

The fatigue is definitely real. Make sure you're getting enough protein and taking a daily multivitamin.

    Exhausted on Mounjaro?!

Are you keeping track of how many calories you're eating and your macros? If not, you might want to start. Fatigue can be a sign you're not eating enough. Losing weight fast is great, but you still need to eat enough – like, maybe 500 calories less than your TDEE. You can figure that out here...
