    Down 95lbs on Wegovy!

The alcohol reduction on Wegovy is one of the quieter wins - the reward pathway shift that cuts food noise tends to cut the drink pull too.

Sulfur Burps on Mounjaro / Tirzepatide — What Worked, What Didn't (community guide)

Psyllium husk for both sulfur burps and diarrhea at 10mg is consistent - it slows gastric transit enough to reduce the sulfur gas buildup. One of the more reliable interventions at this dose.

Finally did it! My first dose!

Shifting injection day to avoid the peak nausea window at work is the right move. The first 48-72 hours are the most unpredictable, especially early in treatment. Most people settle on a day that gives them the weekend or a lighter workday to absorb the first response. It stabilizes after a few...

    Supplements: all the hype?

Do you get your blood tested regularly to see what you're low on? And are those supplements medical grade and tested by an independent party? The supplement industry is often just like Big Pharma – all about the money. And so are those TikTok people (money and fame). Supplements should...

    Supplements: all the hype?

Nah, not really needed if you're eating good stuff and getting enough protein and fiber! But really, think about getting electrolytes. Water alone might not cut it, especially if you're like me and love coffee.

    GLP-1 online recs?

Thanks for all the options! I've been on a GLP-1 for about a month, and I want to switch programs. My BMI is around 28, and I don't have any other health problems. Has anyone transferred to one of these before?

    Ozempic + bad food = 💥?

Slow & steady wins the GLP race!

Thanks for posting this and congrats on your success! I'm a really slow responder, only down about 8-11 pounds in maybe 5 months. So frustrating, but I keep reminding myself it's way better than gaining weight or staying put. Hopefully another 10 will come off before too long. It's encouraging...

    Finally seeing results!

For me, the heaviest losses were between months 3-6, but I've been on it for 9 months now. I'm still losing, just at a slower pace.

    Finally seeing results!

I've always had problems with my weight because of PCOS. Nothing ever seemed to work long-term. I'm so glad I found something that's making a difference. I've gone from 235 lbs to 184 lbs and I'm feeling so much better in general!
