    Long COVID/ME/CFS folks?

The studies aren't being talked about much in the mainstream media to avoid political arguments. Here's an article explaining why some people are afraid to report symptoms or discuss them publicly: https://www.statnews.com/2025/06/10...ts-in-listen-study-want-answers-not-politics/

    Long COVID/ME/CFS folks?

I'm familiar with the Yale LISTEN Study, which has similar symptoms to Long COVID but also includes more cancer (especially colorectal), nerve damage, cardiac problems, and autoimmune issues. In studies, they've been using peptides like Thymosin-α1, Aviptadil, LL-37, Thymosin-β4 fragment...

BAC vs Sterile water for Tirzepatide?

It's not a new thing in the USA. All BAC water intended for injection has always needed a prescription. Suppliers just started enforcing it more recently. Reconstitution solution with 0.9% benzyl alcohol sold online gets around the prescription because it's marked "research use only."

    Sema just not cutting it?

I didn't get cold when I was on sema, but I DO get all the other nasty side effects. Nausea, vomiting, the works. I'm just saying, don't ignore those if you get them, Charlie1989. Some people can't tolerate it.

    GLP-1s Helping Skin Issues Too?

It's definitely something to think about. I've heard compression garments can help, and some people consider surgery if it's really bothersome.

    Wow, this stuff WORKS!

Hey PickyEaterPro, to answer your questions: I'm currently at 1mg. I'm thinking about maintenance, but not there yet. I'm loosely tracking calories just to make sure I'm getting enough protein. And no, I don't think I've lost any muscle. My lifts are actually going up!

    Down a full century!

It's been a journey! I started at the lowest dose and very, very slowly increased it according to how I was feeling. Patience is key, I think. It took maybe a year and a half?

    GLP-1s making me kinda mad

It makes me angry too. In the US, we're surrounded by cheap, easy "food" that's processed junk that makes us gain and gets us sick.

    GLP-1s making me kinda mad

Your first thought made me wonder if I was malnourished growing up. My mom was obese, which seems ironic, but we mostly got, well, watered down sugar, lol? Milk and juice were always cut 50%. Spaghetti and macaroni were staples because they were cheap. And donuts...someone donated a YEAR's worth...
