    Still Not Thin Enough?

People can be so rude. You’ve done awesome and feel good about it! I can only think of replies like, “Thanks for the unwanted opinion! Now go away!”

    Still Not Thin Enough?

“Why would you say that to me?” is my go-to. Seriously though, now is a great time to maybe talk to a therapist. I deal with overeating, and my meds have given me the chance to sort things out without my health being at risk. Find a good therapist and get to the bottom of it. You’ll be glad you...

    Mounjaro: A Year-Long Ride

I'm so happy for you! It's amazing how much of a difference this medicine can make. I'm a "slow loser" and it is hard to see people who started at the same time as me losing faster. But I'm still losing, so I'm trying to stay positive.

Mounjaro success - my 3 month progress!

Woohoo! I've been taking Mounjaro for about 12 weeks. I've dropped 28.3 lbs. I was 228.8 lbs and now I'm 200.5 lbs - almost to my goal! I just shifted from "obese" to overweight. Some days I don't notice a change, so I'm so glad that I took before pics. I'm having a breast reduction done in...

    Living the good life!

Started at 204 lbs back in June of '24. Current weight: 123 lbs this morning :) I'm 5'4". I am so appreciative of this forum. I read it every day, and it's been about a year now. There's something so unique about knowing other folks are battling weight issues like I have. Yesterday, I posted...

    Down 40kg in 5 months!

You look amazing! This is so encouraging. I started about a month ago at 310lbs and I'm down to 299lbs. I'm already noticing I can walk further without getting winded, and I'm actually enjoying going to the gym!

    My friend thinks I'm 'cheating'?!?

I love this post! So glad you're putting yourself first. I think most of us on MJ are past caring about what others think. Especially when we're finally winning the weight battle!

Ozempic, weight loss, and feeling off?

I'm kinda having similar thoughts now too. I've lost maybe 60-ish lbs, and I'm noticing more loose skin now. It's been on my mind a lot and kind of ruining the fun a bit. I'm in week 5 of a new workout thing. I made a simple strength routine, doing full-body stuff maybe 2-3 times a week, and I...

    Vacation & GLP-1s: A Cautionary Tale

Anyone ever accidentally use an expired pen? I grabbed one outta the fridge the other day without looking, and only after the fact did I realize it was past its date. Should I be worried?
