    Foods tasting weird, anyone else?

    I'd rather fix the problem than smooth it out. In the study they used senolytics and mice improved — wouldn't have been the same with just quercetin. I read more and found GLP1s boost BCL2, which stops cells from dying (opposite of senolysis). That makes it harder for senolytic agents to work.

    Down another size! Whoop!

    So, I was stoked when my pants size went down to a 14, then seriously hyped at size 12. Haven't been shopping for a while, so I figured my 12s were probably a little loose. Went to the store thinking I'd grab a 11... but then I tried on a size 10. WHOA! Single digits!
