OMG down 60! Never stopping!

Tirz dosing - what's 'enough'?
Just injected my first 2.5mg dose of tirz. I'm planning to stick to the standard 2.5, then 5, then 7.5, each for a month. When does this stuff really kick in and start working? What's the lowest you can go to get results? Also, feeling a bit queasy. How long does the nausea last?- Kelly02
