    TDEE Calculator Recs?

    I've been researching my calorie intake, and I'm realizing I might not be eating enough for optimal fat loss. Some days I struggle to even hit 900 calories! I've looked at a bunch of TDEE calculators, but the ranges they give are all over the place. Anyone have a favorite that's reliable? Thanks!

    Reta + Survo + Cagri... Overkill?

    I've been experimenting with a cocktail of Reta, Survo, and Cagri for a few weeks now. Feels like I've got a serious edge. I'm doing like 7mg Reta, 1mg Survo, and maybe 2mg Cagri every few days, skipping the Reta sometimes. I'll keep at it for a couple of months and report back.

    Down 200+ pounds!

    Progress pics! Starting at 500lbs Now at 278lbs Want to be 250, but dreaming of 200! Basically zero sweets, less than 25g of carbs per day, plus working out. What a journey it's been. Sticking to that way of eating has been a real challenge, but it's clearly helped.
