    Downsized my wardrobe!!

    My coworker razzed me 'cause my slacks were falling off. On a whim, I bought a pair THREE sizes too small, figuring they'd be my 'goal' pants. They FIT! Seriously, I'm thrilled. This medication is amazing, and so are all of you!

    Sema progress is making me sad :(

    Ok so, I'm 5'8", and carry almost all my extra weight in my midsection. It's like an apron belly, makes me feel super self-conscious. I know surgery is probably the only way to really get rid of it completely, but it still messes with my head a lot.

    Tomorrow, December 10th, it'll be 7 months since I started semaglutide, and today I finally hit my first goal weight of 150lbs! So happy!\nStarting weight: 199 Size: 5'6 Age: 51
