    Interesting read here: WSJ Article on Stopping Ozempic/Wegovy Basically, these aren't short-term fixes. Probably old news for most of us, but good info for anyone thinking about using them to drop a quick 5-10 lbs.

    I officially hit ONEderland!

    I started on injectable meds around January and I dropped maybe 25 pounds or so. I didn't even realize how much I'd changed until I saw some old pictures of myself! I haven't been under 200 pounds in at least a couple of years. Feeling proud of my progress! SW: 226 CW:199 GW: 150/145 HT: 5’ 2”
