    Fridge or no fridge after opening?

    Hey all, About to take my first shot of Wegovy. After you guys use the pen the first time, do you keep it in the fridge or just leave it out? I've seen conflicting info online. Some say it's okay to leave it out, but others say it has to stay refrigerated. What do you all do?

    Sema almost a year 30+ down

    I was on sema from last November to July. Started at .25mg, moved to .5mg. I began around 210lbs (see pics below). Now I'm at 178, stopped in July. Feeling good and hitting the gym. Still wanna lose maybe 15-20lbs.
