It's my Ozempiversary!
What an amazing 365 days it's been! Today marks my first year using GLP-1s, and I'm through the roof happy. I've still got around 20 lbs to go, but I'm getting there. In the meantime, I'm feeling fantastic! For reference, I'm 68, started at 238, currently 174, and stand 5' 7".- Wise_Gal320
