Not a fast loser? You're not alone!
I wanted to post this to encourage those of us who aren't seeing rapid weight loss or aren't considered 'super-responders' on these meds. There have been times on this journey where I've felt discouraged because I wasn't shedding pounds quickly enough. I read about folks losing upwards of 80lbs...- Gal

Ozempiversary for me! 🎉
Started at 261, now at 197, I'm 5'10", 60F Steady wins the race! I've been stuck at the same weight this month, but I'm not worried because I started working out on June 1st and can see a difference. I'm T2D, so I'll be on this forever, but my A1c is now less than 5! I made it to sub-200lbs in...- Gal
