    Finally hit my target!

    HW: 245 lbs, SW: 224 lbs, CW: 142 lbs. I reached my final goal today! I started last July, took a break for a few weeks due to a knee problem, but got back at it in December with more walking and some weights to help my knee. I can honestly say this stuff has helped me feel like myself again...

    OMG I'm in the 140s!

    Just broke into the 140s club today, time to celebrate! Hoping to reach 145 lbs. Shooting for about a pound a week, so hopefully there in a month...fingers crossed!
