One year on GLP-1s! Woop!
Seeing others share, thought I'd chime in too! I'm a 38yo female, 5'4". Started at 244.5, now I'm down to 189 lbs. Began this journey Nov 23rd '24. Lost over 55! These meds are truly changing things, one of my better moves.- Mike_79
