    Need bac water, quick!

    The dry mouth is intense, like I have sand in my throat. Only day 2 here and it's the worst side effect so far, though my appetite disappeared completely. Hoping electrolytes help.

    Sema @ 4 months - 20+ lbs gone!

    Three month plateau then breaking through is normal. Forty-two pounds in half a year is solid progress.
