    Foods you just can't stand anymore?

    Some foods just taste off to me now. Coffee smells weird and I can't drink it the way I used to - has to be with cream or something. Chips don't hit the same either.

    Okay to stay on a tiny dose of Ozempic?

    Dose peaks at 4 weeks so stay same dose 4 weeks before bumping. Stay 1mg a month then assess. 1mg might be enough.
