Over 3 years and 110 down, I eat what I want - meat, fish, veggies, butter, steak. Skip the simple carbs mostly, track my meals, lift and walk 6 days. Still on my meds every 8-9 days. Maintenance for a year now and don't feel cheated.
Throw it in a cooler with ice and it lasts years. I use soft side pouches with ice packs. Got three kits going and planning to grab more once I'm down to one.
