    Reached my goal!

Two years to get back to pre-40s weight is the typical sustainable timeline on this medication, not the exception.

    My Blood Sugar's Normal!

Getting off Lantus at 45-year low weight is a meaningful marker - the dose management becomes simpler when underlying insulin resistance drops. A1C in normal range at .25mg is a strong outcome.

    GHK-Cu: PBS vs. BAC water?

10ml per 50mg eliminates injection site reactions for most people - dilution is the practical solution when PBS isn't available.

    Workout routines on GLP-1s?

I lift weights for an hour, including warm-up/cool-down, three times a week while my kids are at practice. I do legs, push, and pull days. You can look up PPL routines if you want to try it. I joined a gym with a few locations around town so it's easy to get to. I take a cardio/core class once a...

    Workout routines on GLP-1s?

Sema's been rough on workouts since July. I used to be super active, so this sucks. I walk and lift some weights to minimize muscle loss, but I overheat and get lightheaded easily. I took a week off because I was so tired of the exhaustion and nausea. Switching meds next time.

    Reta and explosive 💩?

Yeah, stimulant laxatives like senna can make your colon lazy if you use them a lot. They basically force your gut to move, which can backfire over time. Gentler options like magnesium might be better.

    Reta and explosive 💩?

The effects on how your gut moves things can be a bit unpredictable; it can either block you up or give you the runs. If you stick to a regular dose, you'll hit peak levels around week 4, so the amount in your blood should be highest a day or so after each shot and get slightly higher each week...

    Ozempic newbie - body shock!

I'm on the same timeline as Zenxo. Try focusing on lean protein and easy-to-digest carbs. Fats (like in egg yolks and bacon) and sugar can make nausea worse.

    Ozempic newbie - body shock!

I'm also on my first dose and felt the same for the first few days. I've been making sure I get enough protein with shakes and bars. I also eat oat porridge for fiber. I’m down almost 4 pounds so far (day 7). Hunger feels more like nausea for me, but it goes away pretty quickly.

Reta Prep Check - Am I Ready?

There's data that bumps and shock break stuff down, so I'm not shaking anything. Treat those peptides gently! Why risk it?

    Reta plateau... what gives?

How long have you been taking the ipamorelin? I haven't started mine yet, but I've been reading up on other's experiences. I've heard the water weight hangs around for a bit then eventually goes away. Maybe try taking a week or two off and see if that changes anything? What's your workout...

ERP T30 - Anyone tried it?

You're welcome! Give yourself some extra time when using that payment method for the first time. It took me a while to figure things out. I'd recommend learning about crypto too, to have more options if needed.

ERP T30 - Anyone tried it?

This looks like it: https://verify.janoshik.com/ I've been following ERP for a bit now in terms of how they handle business and issues. I think they're trustworthy and their items are good. The problems seem to be about logistics, like delays. It's often new customers who are used to fast...

ERP T30 - Anyone tried it?

Awesome! The T30 with the orange cap. I was pretty confident it would be a good result. As much as one can be, anyway🙂
