    Another goal weight adjustment!

The pace slowing in the later months is expected - the body adapts. The final stretch to goal is usually the longest part proportionally.

Higher dose = more weight loss?

The soda variable is worth examining before assuming the dose needs adjusting. Sugar and artificial sweetener content both affect insulin response even when total calorie counts look reasonable. Protein and vegetables as the base is solid. If it has been a full month with no movement, the soda...

Can I mix my CJC and Ipa?

GHK-Cu combinations are reasonably well documented for same-syringe mixing. The limiting factor with any combination is pH compatibility and concentration stability - both compounds need to remain stable in the same solution without degrading the other. The pairings you mentioned are among the...

My clothes are too big now!

Yeah, I'm trying to be careful, Val48 and MeltMom. I only bought a few essentials to get me through. I'm hoping to keep losing, so I don't want to invest too much yet. It's still a great feeling!

My clothes are too big now!

I had to go shopping today because absolutely nothing I own fits anymore. It's wild. I used to wear an XL or XXL, depending, and today I bought mostly Ms, a L, and even a small sweatshirt!

Feeling like my clock turned back!

I'm curious if anyone has noticed changes in their testosterone levels while on GLP-1 meds? I saw someone online mention their levels went up significantly after just a few weeks, along with improvements in blood sugar and blood pressure. Could be related to the weight loss itself?

Feeling like my clock turned back!

That's amazing to hear! Did they happen to do a DEXA scan to check your body composition?

    Crazy appetite suppression?!

I've found that timing the shot helps. I take my shot before bed on Sunday. That way, I can eat more on the weekends when the shot is wearing off. Might be something for you to try! I can eat about half of what I used to and take the rest home, easy.

    Suddenly craving EVERYTHING?!

Yeah, I've seen discussions about that too. It's not just about weight loss for some folks. It's about managing food noise and stuff.

    Crazy appetite suppression?!

I've had something similar happen, but not with peptides, with Ozempic a while back. I was at a brunch with some friends and I could only eat a few bites of my food. It was kind of embarrassing. I felt like "that girl" who orders a full meal and then barely touches it. But honestly, who cares...

    Suddenly craving EVERYTHING?!

It takes a while for these meds to really kick in. I noticed when my blood sugars started leveling out, even dipping a little low, I got way more sugar cravings. It's just part of the process sometimes.

    Constant Tiredness on GLP-1's?

Anyone ever try Ipamorelin for sleep? Saw some folks saying high doses messed with their sleep, like 500mcg made them stay up all night with a racing heart.

    Constant Tiredness on GLP-1's?

    Maybe you have low testosterone.

    Constant Tiredness on GLP-1's?

Thanks for posting! Just a reminder, let's not discuss unapproved semaglutide versions or try to buy/sell meds here. Watch out for shady DMs offering stuff. Check the FAQ if you're new to this:

    Med Spa recs?

Anyone know of any legit compounding pharmacies that ship internationally? I saw one mentioned online, begins with NP, that ships from Chile. Anyone have experience with them?

    Tirz on top of Reta?

Side effects are always a gamble... For me, staying hydrated is key. If I slack on water, that's when I get the headaches and fatigue. Electrolytes help too.

    Tirz on top of Reta?

I actually use both, split into smaller doses. My appetite is basically non-existent. I still want to eat, and sometimes do, but it's easier to be selective about what and when I eat.

Halfway to goal... starting to stall!

I agree that the high doses can be rough. I started Mounjaro in December and my A1c went from 7.4 to 5.2. Now I'm at 175 lbs and plan to stay at 5mg as long as it works.

Halfway to goal... starting to stall!

Keep it up! Slow and steady is the best way to win! 💪 An app like MyFitnessPal can really help! I had no clue what I was REALLY eating until I started tracking it. It definitely opened my eyes! 🥳 Good job!!

Halfway to goal... starting to stall!

That's awesome progress! You can really tell the gym time is paying off. Make sure you are consuming enough protein and eating as cleanly as possible. Keep exercising and try not to get too hung up on the numbers. Just stay consistent!
