    Retatrutide: UK source anyone?

Reta post-CABG is worth a cardiology consult - GLP-1 data is supportive but triple agonism in that population is less documented.

    Protein shakes while on GLP's?

Protein shakes during food aversion are the right bridge - the volume and texture problem gets solved in one sip. Week 3 aversion usually eases by weeks 6-8 as the dose stabilizes.

Higher dose = more weight loss?

The off days you're describing are common even at stable doses - hydration and food composition affect how the dose hits that week. More importantly, 22 lbs in 4 months at 6mg with no major issues is a solid trajectory. Increasing dose to break a plateau is valid but the plateau itself needs a...

    Face Gains?!

It's more than just appearance. I remember flying and always needing a seatbelt extender. That's not a concern anymore!

    Mounjaro stalled. Now what?

I agree with SnackRN. It's easy to underestimate how much your calorie needs change as you lose weight. A TDEE calculator can be really helpful to re-evaluate your needs.

    Face Gains?!

OMG, my face! It's like half the size it used to be! Started on Wegovy in July '25. Lost 35 lbs since then! It feels amazing. Like I can actually breathe again.

    Mounjaro stalled. Now what?

Aside from the other health benefits, these meds aren't a magic weight loss button. You'll only drop pounds if they help you eat less. If you're really eating ~2000 calories and tracking everything correctly (including drinks, sauces, etc), that might just be too much for your current activity...

    Cool new lab tray!

I totally agree The only person I'm competing with is myself! I see it as using a tool to level the playing field. My doc thinks I have some kind of deficiency or genetic thing going on. I've been working *hard* to manage my health, and now it's finally clicking.

Reta Dosage & Weight Loss - What to Expect?

Can you share more specifics about this 'hard lesson'? I just did my first 1mg dose, and I'm used to fasting with big meals between fasts for weight loss (also drinking my electrolyte water and taking vitamins/supps). Is this a bad approach on reta?

    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

Sounds like you’ve done a lot before TRT. I know you said you’re not excited about secretagogues, but I'd still start with Tesamorelin before GH. I hear if you keep GH at 1-2IU per night, the risks decrease. Sometimes the simplest route is best.

    Pics help me see progress!

Losing eighty pounds is a serious accomplishment! You can see the difference plain as day. These kinds of halfway milestones can really hit hard because they show how much has changed even when we don't feel it daily. If you're seeking more GLP1 progress from others who've had similar...

    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

This is just my OPINION since you asked. I think it's smarter to start with things that optimize your body's own systems before simply replacing them. Lifestyle changes, supplements you can buy without a prescription, endogenous stimulators, then replacement therapy. Look at the data on...

Half a year, half a me!

It's so important to remember that what works for one person might not work for another. I've only lost a little over 20lbs on sema, but I'm celebrating every victory, big or small. Seeing success stories like Hank_2002 gives me so much hope! We need to support each other's journeys!
