    GLP-1 cost analysis?

Cost ceiling at 10mg tirz is real - 1.5mg sema producing results is reason enough to stay.

Tirz vial - How long is too long?

BAC concentration is the key variable - 0.9% gives a 28-30 day refrigerated window. The single-vial approach sidesteps the question entirely; for solo users the 28-day window is the conservative outer limit.

    GLP-1 Side Effect Database!

The alcohol aversion is consistently among the more surprising reports - the cross-reward suppression the medication causes extends well beyond food appetite. Former 2-3 whisky drinkers going fully uninterested is one of the more common patterns in that category.

    Mounjaro stalled. Now what?

Track EVERYTHING you consume. Coffee? Log it. Cream in your coffee? Log it. I see so many people say they're 'around' 2000 calories, but they don't account for sauces, dressings, etc. I use Lose It, and it automatically calculates my calorie goals. It takes effort to weigh and measure...

    Nootropics for Study? Anyone tried?

Speaking of peptides, has anyone here experimented with PT-141? I got a bottle but I'm reading about some pretty bad nausea. Thinking of starting with a tiny dose, like under 500 mcg, every other day. Anyone have positive experiences to share?

    6 Months On Tirzepatide!

GeekyGreat972 The doc said we titrate up the dose to keep seeing weight loss effects. Apparently, your body gets used to the lower doses after a while.

    6 Months On Tirzepatide!

Hello everyone! 👋 I'm excited to share my journey with tirzepatide. I began on September 1st, 2025, starting with a 2.5 mg dose. At the start, I was a 41-year-old guy weighing around 320 lbs. Injections hurting more now?

I saw someone post about accidentally doubling their dose because they lost track of how many clicks they did on the pen. I'd be so freaked out!

    Injections hurting more now?

I was wondering the same thing, actually. For the first 6 or 7 months, I barely felt a thing. Now, all of a sudden, it hurts sometimes. I'm still injecting in the same spots on my stomach, so I'm guessing it's the fat loss.

    Reta/Tirz Cycles - am I crazy?

Would you cycle your heart meds? Find what dose gets you where you wanna be and stay there unless something changes.

HK pep vendor - anyone used them?

I've heard good things about bluesky for Ipam/CJC No Dac combos. They often have deals too!

HK pep vendor - anyone used them?

That's my feeling too, based on my experience in another industry buying direct. Seems like a similar setup, with manufacturers having their own sales teams and then a bunch of reps pushing products from different manufacturers. The pricing variations support that model.

    Down almost 100lbs!

Side effects have been pretty minimal, mostly just some mild nausea in the beginning. Make sure you stay hydrated and you should be fine!

    Down almost 100lbs!

Nearly at the century mark! I've lost about 95 pounds. Still got a ways to go, but I'm noticing changes every week when I look in the mirror, and that's what keeps me going! 😁

Thanks for the heads up on the mole thing, Ratched77. I'll keep an eye out. I've got enough freckles as it is!

    Dihexa: Brain Booster?

Will do, Bobby_97! I'm always a little wary of stuff like this, but the potential benefits are tempting.
