Major Weight Loss - You GO!

The skin glow alongside the weight change is one of the less-discussed results.

    Burping non-stop!

The burping usually peaks in the first 1-2 months and does settle down for most people - smaller meals and eating slower are the main practical levers while it's active.

    First time with Ozempic--advice?

The carb adjustment for sleep is the kind of thing most first-time guides miss - starting low carb while adapting to a new medication adds more variables than it's worth. Getting protein in consistently is more useful than restriction early on.

    Weird Sweet Cravings on GLP-1s?

I have definitely had to rethink my whole relationship with food. It's less about satisfying hunger and more about getting nutrition. Healthy food makes my taste buds more sensitive now.

    Weird Sweet Cravings on GLP-1s?

I remember reading that sweet cravings can sometimes mean you're dehydrated. Maybe try drinking more water? Increased thirst is a side effect of these meds, might be worth experimenting with before you dive headfirst into the ice cream!

    Good sema hookups with testing?

If you're looking for peptides, I wouldn't recommend the first place you see advertised. There are tons of suppliers now. I've always used the same one for years. They aren’t always the cheapest, but their stuff is unmatched quality-wise.

    Week 1 on GLP-1 - anyone else?

It really is great. Making sure I get my protein is easy now, and I sleep so much better and have more energy. I kicked gluten and coffee without a fight, my sleep is better, and I can actually finish projects without needing to snack constantly. Eating once a day works for me now.

    One year of Mounjaro!

Thanks everyone! I am thrilled! Jamie09, no I'm not using a vial. I have a prescription for 2.5mg and one for 5mg. I inject two 2.5mg doses on some weeks to get a 5mg dose. Then other weeks I only inject 1.5 pens of the 2.5mg dose, I figured out how to dial it to 3.75mg. I'm lucky my insurance...

My body had been in a constant state of stress...

    Big vial benefit?

I agree about GLP-1s. But I've noticed that NAD+ loses its 'spiciness' after a month or so. It still worked, but not with the same 'wow' factor. It was in a dark-glass vial in a fridge we barely use, and I didn't always take it on the same days. So it was maybe week 5. I was reasonably careful...

    Big vial benefit?

I bought two 20mg kits without thinking, and now I realize I have enough to last for ages if it stays good, LOL. I got someone else to start too, but with the small starting doses plus my .5 when I'm stacking with tirz, I probably won't even finish one. Lesson learned!
