Splitting the starter dose can fix that. Stay at the lower dose if you're still losing weight. I've been on it for almost two years and take the starter dose every other week. More water, fruits, veggies and protein help (less processed foods the better).

With all due respect, Nat67, you might be dehydrated anyway. Have you actually tried drinking more water and adding electrolytes?

For those who are increasing their dose, maybe take it slow. I saw someone on Reddit mention they were going from 1mg to 2mg and were nervous: Go to 1.5 first. Everyone reacts differently, so take it easy. You can always go back down if you're having side effects.

I started higher than that, but I've seen people say they respond well to super low doses, but they are usually new to GLPs. You may need more since you've been on tirz. Listen to your body!

I had to adjust my diet. I had some bad problems at the start, but cutting out a lot of milk products has helped a lot since then.
