    Another 20 gone!

I agree with Bio_Hacker_99, tracking everything is so important. I use a similar app to monitor my progress and it really helps me stay motivated.

    Another 20 gone!

It's great when you see consistent progress! Makes it feel like you can keep going. I feel the same using a telehealth provider.

    Brain says snack time!

That sounds amazing, Heal_Girl. I'm hoping for that mental quiet too. I'm still pretty early in the process. It's good to hear it gets better.

    Brain says snack time!

Your body needs extra nutrients when you're menstruating. That's why you feel hungrier, it's normal to eat more. Don't be too hard on yourself. Have a healthy snack!

    Brain says snack time!

It's nearly shark week and my mind won't stop thinking about treats, even though my stomach is totally fine. Should I try to just keep busy with something else?

    Reconstituting peps - noob q's

I had an unmixed vial of peptide sitting in a dark spot at room temp for like 3 weeks. Is that okay?

    Reconstituting peps - noob q's

The Hospira web site says "Do not refrigerate", store at room temp in a dark spot because the alcohol can lose its effectiveness at lower temps.

What needle are you using to get to the bottom of the vial? How do you get the last little bit out?

Vial Testing - Any Alternatives Besides the Usual?

I've wondered the same thing, ProgressPic. It's kinda scary putting stuff in your body that isn't, like, officially tested and approved. I'm all for saving money, but not if it means ending up in the hospital!

    New GLP-1s: Mazdutide and Survodutide?

I just read an article suggesting nandrolone may actually increase synovial fluid in joints. Maybe that explains the joint pain relief some ppl get from it, not just masking the pain. I saw BioLog talking about research somewhere else, maybe they know more?

    Cracked the 200 mark!

I agree with ShrinkingSheila, change up the routine - maybe more protein, or try lifting weights. Also, you'll get there!

If youre feeling down about not seeing huge changes with sema right away, don't lose hope! It took me like, 11 months to get here. Started in August 2024. I...

    Sleeve revision + sema anyone?

Me too! Had the sleeve about five years ago. Dropped maybe 60, but gained every single ounce back because it didn't do anything for my cravings. I've been on sema for almost a year now and I'm down like 75 pounds. I think this, together with the sleeve, is an awesome combo! Way faster and more...
