194 to 152 with the energy and mental improvement running alongside is the combination that makes the effort sustainable long-term.

Coming off GLP-1s: What's it like?

    Bad thoughts on Ozempic?

Yo, I posted a progress pic and some people were straight up mean. Talking about my looks, lip filler (which I regret!). I did it for my health and scoliosis, looking better was just a plus. Let's keep it positive, people.

    Bad thoughts on Ozempic?

I'm having something similar happen! 0.25 was fine, a few minor side effects. Upped it to 0.50 like they suggested, and it amplified every bad feeling. It was a real shock, I'm thinking about backing off. Talking to your doctor is def the right move. Take care!

10 Week Mounjaro Update - An Average Experience

Has anyone tried Ipamorelin for sleep? I've been reading about it, and some people say it improves sleep quality. I'm curious if anyone has experience with it, especially with Mounjaro.

    Low dose maintenance? Anyone else?

I saw a post about generic versions possibly coming to Canada next year. https://archive.fo/QXpus Anyone know if those versions are as good as the name brand?

    Low dose maintenance? Anyone else?

Not at my goal yet, but I'm using a small 0.5 mg dose and sometimes waiting an extra day if I still feel it working. Losing about a pound a week. Plan to keep the dose low once I get where I want to be.

    Mixing peps: bad idea?

Again, the purity of a blend is questionable. But you could measure mass loss over a month to see how much degradation there is.

10 Week Mounjaro Update - An Average Experience

I'm an average responder too. I figure, a year from now, I'll either be on this path and much healthier, or worse off if I don't stick with it. It's about long-term health for me.

    Mixing peps: bad idea?

The purity of a blended product is questionable. However, you could monitor mass reduction over a month to gauge the level of degradation.

    Favorite healthy meals?

I've noticed red meat and greasy/spicy foods upset my stomach. Switching to fish made a huge difference and lessened side effects. In a way, this medicine is forcing me to eat better.

    Favorite healthy meals?

I mostly air fry proteins and veggies and mix and match all week. It's getting to be the time of year I start making meat slop. It's the perfect bodybuilding meal. Look up silverhydra meat slop. His site is gone, but the recipe is still out there. It's kind of like chili.

    Favorite healthy meals?

If you need protein, crush two cans of chicken with buffalo sauce. Nearly 100g of protein!

    Favorite healthy meals?

It's not much of a recipe, but vanilla Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of peanut butter tastes like peanut butter pie. I eat it several times a week for protein and fat. It also helps me feel full before my weekly shot, which is great for getting through those last couple of days.

    Down 160+! Still going...

I saw someone post their journey - dropped from 220 to 167. Said they're running 3x a week, strength training 2x, and swimming 2x. Impressive combo!

    GLP-1s and... tummy troubles?

That's the funny thing, it's the opposite! I'm having the opposite problem. After the gallbladder removal, everything just goes right through me. It's like my body can't process fats properly anymore. Maybe I should try some kind of binding fiber supplement.
