    Crazy dosing schedule!

Been at 210 myself, so I feel this. Hit my first plateau around week 3 - appetite suppression didn't kick in until I was steady at a higher dose. For me, staying put for a few weeks made sense before jumping up. My doc said the body needs time to adapt. You're doing great with the workouts -...

Finally hit my goal -- now what?

Hit the same wall. Insurance went from $25/mo to $117 then $1052. Switched to Zepbound direct from Lilly at $299–500/mo depending on dose. Started 5mg, back up to 7.5 next. Down 69 lbs so far and feeling it.

    Zepbound single-dose vials?

I call myself a super responder not because I dropped tons of weight fast, but because my body reacted strongly even on a tiny dose. My average loss was about a pound a week when it happened—some weeks nothing, some negative. Ozempic and Zepbound killed my constant food noise and hunger on...

    Cheaper Tirz in CA?

I used Brello. If I'd stayed with compounded stuff, I prolly would have tried Big Easy. I know some people who like Brello and are happy campers.

    Reta 'pop' fizzled out?

dropped about 30 lbs so far and still using it. figure another 30-50 before i'm confident ditching it or asking for a sleep study. my machine is small, doesn't need distilled water, and i feel so much better since starting it. no complaints really.

    Cheaper Tirz in CA?

Um, wrong place? Seems like mostly 'grey' talk happens here. Good luck though!

    Switching from Tirz to Reta?

Was thinking about one of those clothing boxes where you get 12 pieces and can mix like 30 outfits for $150 but I'm gonna wait til I'm mostly done before buying new stuff. Don't know what size I'll be so no point. Gonna box it all up and donate it.

    Targeted Fat Loss Creams?

got knocked out within 12 hours from the first dose so pick a friday afternoon or saturday morning. you can always shift injection day later if needed. honestly wish i'd started with half the starting dose and let my body adapt slower. easier to add if no side effects than go the other way.

    Reta & Mood Swings?

I saw someone on Reddit say that they felt less angry outbursts while on ozempic because it seemed to level them out, maybe reduced brain inflammation? I never thought about it but that's interesting...

    Reta & Mood Swings?

I don't know about Reta, but it happens on tirzepatide. I think when they study it more, they'll find that when you take someone who gets happy feelings from food, and give them a drug that stops those feelings, they just feel confused and blah until they learn to find dopamine somewhere else...

    Reta & Mood Swings?

Many doctors think GLP-1 analogues can slightly change your mood. Anhedonia gets reported a lot. But does it have to mean you're down? I think it's more of a drop in impulsiveness and needing to impress people. But that can make you less motivated.

    Done with maintenance! Now what?

How long did it take you to go from 90kg to 52kg?
  16. Nat2004

    Done with maintenance! Now what?

So you started in January and have been maintaining since September? That means you lost like, 4kg a month? That's a huge deficit!

Reta REALLY speeding up weight loss?

When I was on RETA, my muscles were not as toned. So, muscle loss. I switched to Survo and that stopped. Muscle is coming back.

Yes, in the head and other places also 😂

Reta REALLY speeding up weight loss?

You're a woman. A 5'4" man at 150 lbs is still not overweight.

Reta REALLY speeding up weight loss?

I don't care that you're losing more on Reta, what bothers me is that you're losing almost 3 lbs a week when you're already only 145 lbs. I think a guy at 145 is way too skinny. You need to slow down before you disappear. I lost 25 lbs from 245 to 220 and now I wish I had lost less. Are you nuts?
