    Injector pens, who's using 'em?

Generic pens from overseas work fine for travel - temperature is the main variable, and a small insulated case handles most climates. Spare 28G needles are available at most pharmacies if traveling light.

Just took my first shot! Eeeek!

The shaking-hands first injection is everyone's experience - it gets mechanical very quickly. Days 2-4 are when the GI adjustment arrives for most people.

    Dosing quandaries...

New supplier first shot on 2.5mg - the main thing is confirming the batch feels like your previous one.

    Ozempic kicking in LATE?

I've been stalled for about a month now, which is frustrating. But I'm trying to remember that stalls are normal, and that it doesn't mean the medication isn't working. Slow and steady!

    Pen looks a little full...normal?

Yep, pens tend to hold a little extra. Might as well use every last bit!

    Pen looks a little full...normal?

If it’s not 0 clicks it’s not zero concern.

    GLP-1 and insomnia?

I hope that helps you! I'm still waking up multiple times a night after being on sema for a month. It's so aggravating. I'm taking sermorelin as well and my sleep feels deeper, and I have more energy once I'm up, but waking up 3-4 times is not my ideal situation.

    GLP-1 and insomnia?

It could be temporary. Your body might just need to adjust. I know others who said it evened out after a few weeks.

    GLP-1 panic?

I'm with you GeneProgress! Better safe than sorry. You never know when you might need it. Plus, I hate running out of anything!

    GLP-1 and insomnia?

Hasn't done jack for my sleep. Are you having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or both?

    GLP-1 panic?

    HYB Reta scare?

Hey Pulse_Lady, I saw someone mention DefyMedical. Might be worth checking them out, they seem to be well-regarded.

    HYB Reta scare?

You gotta be careful what you believe. There's no guarantee these claims are legit. Could be rivals, or some annoyed customer over nothing. Even the respected labs get hit with nasty rumors. You just always have to figure you can get scammed when you buy on the grey market. I'd get at least...

    Sema just not cutting it?

Thanks for the input, everyone! I think I'll try splitting the dose first, and if that doesn't work, I'll talk to my doctor about going higher than 2.4mg. I'm not losing a ton of weight right now, so I'm not happy with where I'm at. I appreciate the link Dakota1976!

    Ozempic for addiction? Anyone else?

I think it's great you've found some relief. Metformin stopped my food noise at first. It helped for a bit, but I just switched to Zepbound. I hope it works. Good luck, I'm happy for you—I'm sure you'll help others facing similar issues

    Sema just not cutting it?

Okay, so I've been using sema for a while now, and I've managed to drop around 28 pounds. But honestly, it didn't really kick in until I hit 1.7mg. I know that's pretty normal. You really feel it at the higher doses. The thing is, that feeling of fullness and not constantly thinking about food...

    Ozempic for addiction? Anyone else?

I find the potential for Ozempic to help with non-food addictions SUPER interesting. I'm taking it for weight loss and have noticed I don't think about drinking as much. I'm glad your doctor understands and is prescribing it!

Doc said Ozempic made me look older 😭

I think the "Ozempic face" thing is kinda being turned into a positive thing which I love! Congrats on your weight loss journey. I'm down 30 pounds in 9 months and happy with my progress!
