Lost weight, but don't *look* like it??

The swim leggings with skirt are a genuinely good option for the in-between period - the yoga-adjacent look means you're not flagging the transition and you're not stuck in the wrong size. Comfortable coverage while the body keeps redistributing is underrated.

    Bad thoughts on Ozempic?

Mood shifts at 2mg are worth flagging early - low affect and emotional blunting happen in a subset. Not something to just wait out.

    Tirz... Less effective? Anyone else?

The restart efficacy gap is one of the more consistent anecdotal patterns. The appetite suppression component seems to rebuild tolerance faster than people expect, which is why it often feels blunted compared to the first run.

Coming off GLP-1s: What's it like?

I saw someone on Reddit saying they switched to a whole food, high-protein diet and did some resistance training. They only went up to 5mg a week, and then tapered down before stopping completely. Sounds like a good way to do it. Anyone else try something like that?

    Oprah & GLP-1s: For life?

Yeah, keeping it off is the big question mark. I'm trying to build more muscle now that I'm at a good weight, hopefully that helps.

    Oprah & GLP-1s: For life?

I went into this knowing I was likely on a GLP for the long haul. I felt so much better ON them, versus off. No way I'm going back to feeling like garbage.

    Cycling Peps?

Same here. Waste of money, TBH.

    Cycling Peps?

I don't cycle GHRP-2. I'm currently maintaining a dose of 200 mcg, administered three times daily. I often travel for my job, so I sometimes forget to bring my peps with me... like I did this week.

6 Month Update - Still kickin'!

Hey everyone, just wanted to give a little update on how things are going. It's been half a year since I started this whole thing. I haven't been perfect, which slowed things down a bit, but I mostly kept the weight off and didn't regain too much. Honestly, I'm super glad I decided to try...

    Wegovy: cost, results, reality check

Down 32 lbs in 6 months here 🙋‍♂️ Can confirm gym days felt weird once I moved up in dose. I started doing a protein shake first thing in the morning before coffee and it helped a ton. Also lol at the cost section. $499 still hurts but it's better than what I was quoted last year.
