Tirz vial - How long is too long?

Reconstituted tirz for international travel holds reasonably well if cold chain is maintained. The 30-60 day stability window covers most trips. Ambient temperature during transit matters as much as refrigeration at the endpoints.

    GLP-1 & No Results?!

The dose threshold question is practical: no results at current dose means staying is not a strategy - therapeutic level is the target. If it is working at a smaller dose, there is no urgency to escalate.

HK Peps - anyone used 'em?

Easy Touch is a reliable baseline. The consistency across gauges is the point - at subcutaneous depth, gauge from 28 to 31 produces no noticeable delivery difference. Length matters more at low body fat where 4mm versus 6mm affects reliability.

    GLP-1s and keeping muscle?

No peptide grows muscle substantially—think creatine level, not steroids. Maybe a tiny edge, hard to measure. HGH could do more but unless you're deficient, low doses won't cut it. High doses get ugly. After 2 years lifting you're past newbie gains.

    Accessorizing Your Injectables

When I take OEA I mix it with a tablespoon of 92% oleic acid safflower oil—seems to be the best way to get it absorbed. Personal research here, but it works well for me those last few days before my shot.

Half my size! (Ozempic + lifestyle)

There's a dopamine thing happening - you feel stuffed, satisfied, and your brain gets rewired to that. Can retrain it but that's work. GLP-1s work for life though, so that's an option too.

    Forgot my meds!

I'm doing that now. I been on 0.5mg for like a year, and had a great result. I still wanna drop around 30lbs, but I am happy where I am.

    Forgot my meds!

It's going to be alright. You can get back on track easily. For example, when I had a colonoscopy, I had to stop for 2 weeks beforehand. I just did that. It's weird but while I was off it, my appetite was still muted. When I started again, my cravings came back.

    Tirz concentration - how high?

It doesn't need to be super precise. For sermorelin, a good starting point is to add 2.5 ml of bac water to a 5mg vial. Then, every 5 units on your syringe equals 100 mcg. A good starting dose is 500 mcg before bed, and avoid eating carbs for an hour beforehand.

    Reta noob - dosing questions

If your current dose is working, stick with it. If not, increase it. Wait four weeks at each dose before upping it.

    Tirz concentration - how high?

I like 1.2ml for 30mg, which translates to 2.4ml for 60mg. Then, every 10 units you draw contains about 2.5mg. And each unit contains 0.25mg. Makes dosing simple. A Tirz starter dose would be 10 units. Second month, 20 units. Third month, 30 units... 60/240=0.25

Restaurant booths ain't so scary now!

Oh man, I get it. I remember being crammed into a seafood place where the tables were stuck to the floor. My stomach was practically on top of my plate. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. Did they think people were gonna run off with the tables?

Ozempic a year later: worth it?

Thanks Blair, you're right. I'll schedule an appointment this week. Maybe a small adjustment is all I need.
