I thought the same thing when reading the article. Those issues can happen when losing weight anyway. The stomach problems make me question how people are using it.

Maybe dial it back a bit? You could always try going down a little bit if it's too much. Do you like protein drinks? Maybe the whey ones would be easier on your stomach than the milkier ones.
