    Hey True_Coffee330, besides the meds, I've been trying to eat cleaner, nothing crazy, just more protein and veggies. Also, I started walking more, like 30 mins most days. Nothing too intense!

    Had some client presentations, then zipped over to the amusement park, and I'm actually enjoying taking pics now! But all this extra skin set off extra security at TSA. LOL. Still got a ways to go, but I feel so much stronger and more ready to go all the way. This has been a real game changer.
