Best way to keep Reta good?

The early sleep disruption on reta is real - it does tend to sort itself out over the first 2-3 months. Good that it's helping with rest now. Storage-wise, keeping it cold and away from light is the main thing for longevity.

Mounjaro pen clicks - how many?

Counting clicks is the reliable method for tracking dose. Keep needles stocked - most people get more than the labeled shot count when tracking by clicks.

Testing Teso tabs - anyone else?

CoA volume without independent testing is a yellow flag. Cross-referencing against another buyer's lab results matters more than seller-provided docs.

    Less Food = Good Advice?

There are books about using Ozempic written by doctors. They can give expert advice on diet, calories, hydration, etc. If you just want to chat, that's different. But since you asked for "advice," maybe check out one of those books.

    Rybelsus - one month in!

Thanks for the reminder Retaxx472! I was wondering why so many people are having different experiences.

    Rybelsus - one month in!

I'm trying to work up the nerve to start the pill! I have a couple of questions about the lowest dose. I'm hoping to use this to build new habits, not just lose weight. Is that realistic? Also, can I skip a pill on a weekend for a wedding and start again after? Do people split the pill at first...

    GLP-1s and Food Waste? Tips?

You can eat leftovers with takeout though. That's what I do. Like if I get noodles, I can have them with leftover chicken or something.

    Rybelsus - one month in!

Hey everyone! Figured I'd share my experience after a month on the Rybelsus: Starting Weight: 164.2 Current Weight: 159.2 Goal Weight: 130.0 It's been pretty good so far! Minimal side effects on the lowest dose – surprisingly, no nausea at all! I had some minor stomach issues around week 2...

    GLP-1s and Food Waste? Tips?

I'm on Mounjaro, not Ozempic. I signed up for a meal kit service and I'm throwing away way less food. The portions are perfect and they only take a half hour to make. I only buy groceries if I'm having people over. Aside from coffee and almond milk, obviously.

    Down a size! Whoo hoo!

I saw this guy online who went from 305 to 195 in under a year! He said it took a lot of hard work and learning how to eat right. He even had some surgeries and recovered quickly. Goals!

    Down a size! Whoo hoo!

I squeezed into a size 14 pair of jean shorts recently - used to wear a size 22 at my largest, then an 18 before starting. So exciting! 🤩

Weight loss on GLP-1s depends on what you eat?

That's a great idea! I hadn't thought of that. I'll definitely add it to the development list for the next update!

Weight loss on GLP-1s depends on what you eat?

These tools are amazing. I used to manually ask AI for meal plans, but this is much more structured. Thanks!
