I use Melanotan II right before bed, and the morning wood is usually killer. I also take cialis daily, but I think the MT2 is the main reason for the strong morning erections. So, maybe there's something to what you're saying about sleep boosting effects.

According to the manufacturer, both pens and vials are single use. While the solution might not be bac-water, injecting plain water is dangerous. It's probably a pH-balanced solution without preservatives.
