    Down a stone! WOOHOO!

A stone down since April with protein focus plus the swim/run/strength combination is holding lean mass better than most single-modality approaches on Mounjaro.

    Don't tell people I'm on a GLP-1 🤪

The fear of disclosure usually comes down to not wanting failure to go public - keeping it private is a completely reasonable choice that has nothing to do with legitimacy. Managing your own expectations is enough without adding everyone else's.

    Finally feeling normal around food!

PCOS food noise responding to GLP-1s is consistent - insulin sensitivity and appetite regulation address the same underlying mechanism.

Switching to Reta - dosage Qs

Related to that, on a Reddit thread, someone said they'd dropped like, 60 pounds on Ozempic, stalled, then switched to Mounjaro and lost another 30! Sounds promising for those of us who might plateau.

Switching to Reta - dosage Qs

I wasn't on anything new to begin with.

Switching to Reta - dosage Qs

I started with 1.5mg and definitely noticed a difference. Stayed there for about 3 weeks before bumping up to 2mg. It's been 5 weeks total. I like how my body is responding to the lower doses and gradually increasing. Not sure where I'll end up, but I'm excited about this!

Feeling sick all the time on sema?

So true! I find if I eat anything too greasy or sugary, I feel terrible for hours afterwards. Sticking to a healthy diet makes a HUGE difference for me.

Feeling sick all the time on sema?

I had to split my starting dose for a bit to avoid feeling awful. I never even went above the starting dose 'cause it worked so well. If you're still losing weight, maybe don't increase it? I've been on it for almost 2 years and now I take the starter dose every other week. Drink lots of water...

Crushing it! Down 70lbs, holy moly!

Okay, so I dropped 70lbs and now I’m fixing things and gonna lose the other 40. If I'm still alive, and my doctor is watching me, I'm going to keep losing weight and moving forward. Why walk 1 mile, when you can walk 2? Why eat 1800 calories, when you can eat 1600? Why eat that pizza when you...

Crushing it! Down 70lbs, holy moly!

I just love when people toss out the "you're doing it wrong" speech after seeing my amazing results. And I also love when you assume I've been pigging out since I began treatment based on one meal I mentioned. Anyway, I was eating under 1000 calories for around 3 months. I'm about to post...

Crushing it! Down 70lbs, holy moly!

Hey everyone! Some of you might remember my earlier thread: another forum Just wanted to share an update. I've managed to drop another 30lbs! I'm only about 10lbs away from my original goal weight (240), but honestly, looking in the mirror, I think I want to lose even more. Maybe shoot for 220...

GLOW90 trial run, wish me luck!

Hey Jenny_54, I saw someone talking about using Ipamorelin in a nasal spray. Have you ever heard of that? I'm new to peptides, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to use them. Is Ipamorelin by itself worth trying?

GLOW90 trial run, wish me luck!

I started KLOW yesterday. I've been looking into GKU-CU and bpc for a few weeks and I just added KPV and Tb500. GKU seems to help my headaches. I swim often and today I noticed I wasn't as winded doing my mile. My times were the same but it felt easier. My general aches seem to be better too...
