    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

It's such a change! I've dropped about 45 lbs since starting my journey. The biggest thing I've noticed is how differently I eat now. I savor my food and eat slowly. The hunger is still there, but I can ignore it completely! My body still urges me to eat, but now I have the strength to say no!

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

Cacao has high levels of magnesium and polyphenols. Cocoa and chocolate do, but the amount goes down, plus there's sugar, etc. But high-quality cacao/cocoa can provide magnesium. I'm sorry you have migraines! I hope you get a good balance act with the Tirz!

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

Does chocolate have magnesium? (Googling!) I think I am just low on sugar :) I take extra magnesium for migraines. Semaglutide has been working for over a year. I am on a weight plateau. I hope Tirz fixes that!

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

This is a bit true for me. I am not seeking out "better" chocolate, but one small piece of chocolate (Dove Promises) is now enough for dessert. Before it was a tub of ice cream or a row of Oreos. So, I buy more small chocolates than before. No Reese's though because no medicine can make that safe.

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

Sometimes a chocolate craving means you don't have enough magnesium. Not always, but it can be a clue for cravings.

    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

Oh wow, yes! Way more chocolate. I did not crave it before but now I want it always. Not good for me! I'm switching from semaglutide to tirzepatide. Hoping that will control the cravings better!

Just took my first shot! Eeeek!

If you're around my height, my start and goal weights were similar! I started at 222 on New Year's Eve 2024 and was at 162 on New Year's Eve 2025! It works if you stick to it!

    Down 11% - should I stop?

I'm definitely more cautious. Others do things differently. It's just a guideline based on what I've read and what people share about extended use. I'm at a point where I have a dosage that I know will last me way longer than 4 weeks. I'm debating what to do. It's cheap enough to just toss it...

    Down 11% - should I stop?

How long are you planning on using that vial? Using it for 6 weeks is definitely longer than the suggested 4 weeks. Did you use a filter when you mixed it? If you're happy with where you are, maybe just maintain for a while! Or keep going, it's up to you. 😊
