Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

Body perception lags physical reality by months after significant weight loss - the 134 in the mirror reads as larger because the mental reference was set at a higher weight. The 2-lb pre-period fluctuation is noise. The body at 134 is already different.

Reconstituting with my insulin syringes - okay?

Insulin syringes work fine for reconstitution - the restriction caveat applies to importing prefilled pens, not drawing from a vial you mixed yourself. If you have them already, use them.

    7 months on the shot!

65 lbs in 7 months is the medication and running base working at the top end.

Sema making my OCD worse? Anyone else?

It could be! I know sometimes I feel kinda blah and just wanna chill instead of doing stuff.

Sema making my OCD worse? Anyone else?

It messes with habits, so yeah, your OCD might be reacting.

Down 2 Stones - Feeling Fab!

One month on Ozempic and I'm down about 10lbs. I know some of that is probably water and because I've been eating fewer calories... but progress is progress. I've had basically zero side effects, which is great. Sometimes it feels like it might be placebo effect!

GHRP-2... Anyone else get the munchies?!

You've gotta try the Tesa/Ipa stack yourself, My_AF, and see what you think. For me, it was kinda blah, honestly. I didn't notice much and it wasn't any better than cjc no dac + ipa. Plus, ipa doesn't crank up the hunger like the GHRPs do. Tesa/Ipa is also pretty pricey, so you might as well...

    Coming off Sema... Advice?

Well done! If you don’t mind my asking, how long did it take you? I’m only a month in, so I am curious about other people's experiences!

    Coming off Sema... Advice?

Fantastic achievement! If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take you? I'm three months in, using 1.7 mg of Wegovy, and I've only gone from 215 to 195. I have mobility issues, so it's harder for me to be active. My goal is around 150-160. I primarily want to reduce upper body weight, but...

How long does your Tirz last in the fridge?

No, I mean like actual preservatives. I know it sounds weird, but I've been on that forum for a while and heard it a few times.

How long does your Tirz last in the fridge?

Another question: I've seen people say that compounded tirz has preservatives that the pens don't... is that true?

How long does your Tirz last in the fridge?

Thanks, everyone. I've emailed the company to see if I can cancel my order. Hopefully, it's not too late.

How long does your Tirz last in the fridge?

Okay, so I think I messed up, and I'm hoping someone can help. I was on semaglutide before, but the stuff I got wasn't working well, and then the place making it got shut down. It's been like, half a year since then. This is the first time I’m using meds that aren’t pre-mixed, so I bought what I...

    Losing insurance, scared about meds!

Wow, hitting the out-of-pocket max already?! That's intense. I'm so glad you'll have some relief for the rest of the year, Food_Strong. SaladBeer660, sorry to hear about the pneumonia, but hey, silver linings, right?

    Losing insurance, scared about meds!

Thanks Juice_FWIW, that's really helpful. I will definitely push the insurance route with my doctor. It's good to know about the "continuity of care" thing too. Fingers crossed!

    Losing insurance, scared about meds!

Hey everyone, I've been on metformin and Lantus for my type 2 diabetes, and it's been pretty stable. My doc mentioned trying GLP-1s, thinks it could help even more. But I'm seriously freaked out about insurance. I've heard horror stories where people's coverage gets cut or changed. My work...

    GLP-1s for T2D: real talk

I love that you emphasized sleep. I ignored that for months. This has been my experience exactly. When I started going to bed at a consistent time, my late night snacking basically stopped. The shot made it easier but the routine sealed it.
