Dose strength vs vial weight - make sense?

The peptide itself is a tiny fraction of vial weight - most of the mass is the excipients, water content, and lyophilization carriers. The dose is a volume measurement calibrated to peptide concentration in the reconstituted solution, not total vial weight.

    GLP-1s saved my life, lol

Wednesday injection days are the common pick for social calendar reasons - the first 48 hours after the shot are when the suppression peaks and appetite returns toward the weekend.

GLP-1s and Sleep: What to Expect

The sleep improvement on GLP-1s for people with OSA is one of the more clinically documented secondary effects - the airway pressure change from even modest weight reduction around the neck and chest compounds the direct receptor effect on sleep architecture.

if not hungry drink protein shakes. 2 pounds a week is safe loss. 2-3 liters water daily and probiotics for gut. if you're at 5mg probably drop to 2.5 till plateau. hydration and protein is key.

    Can you see the change?

Hi, new to the forum, researching GHK-Cu. Thinking about 2mg daily for an extended run. Seen some folks recommend adding zinc because of the copper content—what dosage are you using if you're on it?

2mg Ozempic - Anyone been there?

I understand your mom's concern, but honestly, it's a risk/benefit thing. For some people, the health risks of staying at a higher weight or with uncontrolled blood sugar are greater than the potential long-term risks of the medication. It's a discussion to have with your doctor, and weigh those...

2mg Ozempic - Anyone been there?

GLP-1s have been around for 2 decades and Ozempic for almost 10, so there's actually a good amount of long-term data available. But putting that aside, has your weight loss plateaued? It's generally best to stay on the lowest effective dose because you have fewer options if things stall at 2 mg...

    Down 70+ lbs! Woohoo!

Hi everyone! 27F, 5'2". Started at 217 lbs, now at 145 lbs. It's been about nine months. I do some yoga now and then, but I'm mostly walking on the job. I average around 10k steps per day at work. Weekends are for relaxing, lol. Plus, I track my calories daily. It's been a journey, but so...

I started on Wegovy a few months back. After kids, losing weight felt impossible, no matter what I tried. Wegovy, along with healthy eating and some strength training, has made a huge difference. I still want to lose a bit more, but I'm feeling really positive for the first time in ages! It...

    Titration Troubles & Tolerance?

Hey size-me-down, yes! People are getting extra doses from the Kwikpens! It's all about counting the clicks. I saw someone mention that they stick to really low doses so they can make the pen last longer. Said they were on 6mg and got prescribed the 10mg pen so they could save a bit of money.

    Ozempic lawsuits already?

Seriously? Sounds like someone took way too much. I didn't realize it could affect your teeth!

    Reta making anyone else panicky?

Maybe try timing your injections for the weekend, when you DON'T have to be at work? That way if the heart rate thing happens, you can chill at home and not worry about it!

    Reta making anyone else panicky?

Good info! Reta can also cause pretty bad dehydration, I've read. That can also worsen palpitations and feelings of anxiety. I add an electrolyte packet to my water daily. Also, if you're worried about more panic attacks, maybe look at Tirz?
