    Done already?

160 lbs down and a visible collarbone as the exit signal is a memorable benchmark.

    Peps for High BP?

Hexarelin effects on BP are indirect - the data is thin. GLP-1 weight loss itself is the best-documented path to lower BP.

    Tirz every 6 days?

Three-day offset on a stack is the right move - each compound gets room. Late-week hunger on solo tirz usually resolves just by pulling the pin a day early.

Weight loss without exercise on GLP-1's?

So, I saw someone else saying they lost weight without exercise, but they have a physical job. I'm a nurse and on my feet a lot during my shifts. I'm on 2.5 mg of Mounjaro and have lost about 10 pounds in less than a month. I guess all that moving around at work helps. My doctor told me not to...

Weight loss without exercise on GLP-1's?

Yeah, I don't "exercise", but my job is kinda active sometimes, and I walk for short errands, so I'm moving a bit more.

Weight loss without exercise on GLP-1's?

Okay, so I've been taking 1mg of Ozempic for about a month, but actually on it with lower doses for about 3 months now. I've only managed to lose about 2 pounds total. I haven't done any exercise at all, not even a short walk. I don't feel as hungry, but I still get cravings at night and snack...

    NSV: Seatbelts and Armrests!

I had a similar experience recently! Went to a pumpkin patch and was dreading photos. I've always hated seeing myself in pics, but I actually liked the ones my friend took. It was a shock!

Reta dose - up too fast?

I do that! I count clicks for smaller doses. I get 2 months out of a pen that way. Plus, you can use a syringe to get the extra at the end.

    NSV: Seatbelts and Armrests!

Great job, everyone! (I always wonder who's taking the photo, since I see hands AND a phone, haha.)

Reta dose - up too fast?

That's kinda what I'm trying. Started at 0.5mg twice a week for a couple of weeks, then 1.25mg (split). I must be really sensitive to it 'cause it's been working GREAT. I'm on week 4 and still at 1.25 mg total for the week. No bad effects except my resting heart rate is a little higher.

    NSV: Seatbelts and Armrests!

Before dropping 50, I was maxing out the belt. It's such a relief not to worry about squeezing into seats anymore!

    Transitioning to maintenance...

I'm worried about the fatigue. I used to hike and do yoga, but I've stopped since starting this. Maybe a lower dose for maintenance would give me some energy back. Has anyone else dealt with being super tired?

    Transitioning to maintenance...

I just stayed at the dose I was already on. It ended up being around where I wanted my weight to be. I know if I go lower, I'll be back to craving sweets all the time. At my current dose, I'm hungrier than when I was going up, but I can stop when I'm full. I still want sweets, but not like...

    Tirz vial recon jitters!

Yes, average it out as best you can, since there's a bit of deviation. That's why the testing is actually important!

    Tirz vial recon jitters!

Welcome to the club! Sounds like you're on the right track. One thing – double-check the actual mg content per vial based on any lab testing available for that specific batch. Some vendors do this, so compare the tested amount to the expected amount, before deciding how much sterile water to mix...

    Lost over 70 pounds!

I feel you! I started in March and I’ve dropped nearly 50 pounds. I started at 221 and I’m at 175 now. I’ve been really fortunate so far. I was worried about extra skin, but so far it’s just the bat wings, and I hate them!
