    Hit my goal weight - now what?!

    First time taking progress pictures today. Too scared to look before this. Last year kept saying 'it's not that different'. But wow, it really is. I'm 34. Started at 185, at 135 now. No specific goal weight. Went from size 12 to size 2.

    Smaller BAC vials - crazy idea?

    Switching from insulin needle to pen for travel. Got Gansulin and Humapen Luxura plus two Savvios coming. Bought 3ml sterile vials. Currently on 7.5mg which is 30 units on the 100iu syringe with 1.4ml BAC. Do pen units match IU on insulin syringe? How to figure the clicks?
