    Still hungry on week 2?

    Still dealing with constant hunger and food thoughts here too. For me, the shot helps with restraint and sticking to smaller meals, but the appetite doesn't just vanish. I'm in the gym 60-70 mins most days plus cardio, so that probably keeps hunger higher than it might be otherwise.

    Took eighteen months to get from 119kg down to 54kg. Now the real test begins: staying there. Fighting through the plateau phase right now but holding steady.

    Can you see a change?

    Realizing now my smaller body is a target for unwanted attention, especially from men. Other women dealing with this? Verbal harassment reminds me I'm smaller and can't defend myself like before. Get stared at, don't feel safe in places that never felt unsafe. More aware of strength differences.
