Used to think coffee and fries were food groups. Now they don't appeal. Craving greens, salads, plain fish and chicken instead. Still love those foods but fried doesn't hit anymore. Down 55 though.
This gets asked a lot but worth repeating. Get your doc to send in a Zofran prescription, eat small amounts frequently because an empty stomach makes nausea worse, and skip anything high fat or super processed.
At the higher doses like 2.4 the key is staying consistent. Hunger comes and goes depending on what's actually sitting in your stomach, not really about the medication working or not. It's more about how fast your system is processing things.
