    Sema + trainer = life upgrade!

    Anxiety got tougher for me after 16 months on GLP meds. Can't tell if it's from switching between drugs or adding something new, but I'm having a harder time managing it like before. Mirtazapine helps - lets me sit with the anxiety without it taking over.

    Everyone responds so differently to these meds. I've been lucky - I like cooking and can track macros pretty closely. Not everyone has time for that. Dosing needs are totally individual. I'm at 12.5mg now and my loss has definitely slowed down.

    GLP-1s: Do Younger People Lose More?

    I'm asking because I think it makes sense to bump the dose if you need to, especially for myself. I'm sitting at 12.5mg right now and still need to drop another 30 or 40 pounds. Been stuck before and who knows what happens next. Wanted to be ready for it just in case.
