    That's the fun part - wardrobe shopping as you shrink. Either tailors get rich or you end up refreshing your whole closet. Either way, it's a good problem to have.

    Most whey shakes have almost no sugar in them at all, they use sucralose or stevia mostly. I think drinking whey protein shakes as a side thing with regular food makes way more sense than swapping real meals for something like Huel.

    I've heard tirzepatide helps many people with pain and swelling. I have hypermobility, Lyme disease, and autoimmune thyroid stuff. Nothing before would let me shed weight. Has anything worked in your situation?
