    Stacking ALL the peptides?

EU auto-pen stock has been sporadic - liki24 going empty is a common pattern during supply crunches. Injektopedia and German medical supply sites have been workable alternatives, though stock fluctuates. Worth checking the EU sourcing threads here for current options.

    Pen Needles: Any brands better?

32g 4mm is the standard spec that fits most pens - generic brands from Amazon work fine, no need to pay for the name brand.

    Ozempic then Mounjaro?

The pattern you're describing - sick one day then hungry the rest - is the semaglutide half-life issue at play. The weekly peak hits, then fades before the next shot. Tirzepatide's dual mechanism holds satiety flatter through the week. Three to four months versus zero in six is the clinical...

    GLP-1 and food regrets? 😩

Expecting to keep weight off without this med is unrealistic. Happens sometimes but rare. Hit my goal a year ago, stay on sema at varying doses now. Stopped for two months, weight crept back, restarted at 0.25. Probably adjusting doses for life.

Reta Prep Check - Am I Ready?

Small bruise and sore spot after injection last night. bent the wrong way and felt it in my belly. messaged my provider and she said the needle's so small bruising is weird, try a different spot next week. just need reassurance it's normal?

    Weird body changes on GLP-1s?

I see people once a year for business. I've lost about 100 lbs, I'm wearing smaller pants, and I've switched from untucked polos to tucked-in button-downs. It's surprising how few people notice. A couple do, but it feels huge to me. I'm realizing how little people pay attention to each other.

    Ozempic shaming in the OR?!

I eat normally just less. my diet was decent already from dealing with diabetes years. overhauling everything only works if you stick to it. small swaps you can live with beat total cutouts, especially if your family eats different.

Anyone lose on the baby doses?

The most weight I lost was on .25! Then at .5, I lost so much that I didn't ever feel the need to increase my dose.

Anyone lose on the baby doses?

I've gotten rid of almost 100lbs on only .25mg. I haven't even followed a meal plan for over a year. Being 37F, without major health issues, I consider myself lucky. Higher doses messed with my sleep and gave me nausea, so I stuck to the lowest dose.

    Halved my size!

thrift store's been my friend—buy one size smaller, try it on at ross or marshalls. been a 2x for 20 years so seeing myself in xl or l is trippy. and yeah, i still see the old me even when the scale moves.

    Need bac water, quick!

with 4mm filters air purging pushes maybe 1/3 to 2/3 of liquid through. tests show most peptide makes it into the final vial — what stays behind is negligible. 13mm filters i'll use bac purging instead. one approach per filter size works best.

    Switching off metformin?

How much do you currently weigh? That might be the reason your doctor wants you to switch over.

    First week - Feeling hopeful!

Started at 145 lbs, hoping to get to 135 lbs. Finished week one (0.25 mg), currently at 143 lbs. I already worked out regularly and watched my calories before starting. Nothing major has changed with my diet yet.

First month on Zepbound - my thoughts

I know everyone says to "be realistic" and all that, but man, can we at least give Lee1987 some props?! Lifestyle changes are what got you here, Zepbound or not! Keep up the awesome work, I'm cheering for ya!

    Ozempic & Constipation Relief?

If you just take a capful of Miralax every single day you'll be just fine. Just remember to drink lots of water!

    Ozempic & Constipation Relief?

Like others mentioned, prunes or pears are mild osmotic laxatives. I think they call it Movicol in Australia. Also, if you're lactose intolerant, a bit of dairy can work the same way.
