    Tirz or Reta... or Switch?

6mg reta alongside tirz is a documented stall-breaker - the mechanism shift does what neither compound achieves solo.

    Reta messing with your sleep?

Reta sleep disruption is well reported - elevated cortisol from glucagon agonism and thermogenesis both affect sleep architecture. Most people find it stabilizes at steady state within 4-6 weeks, and evening dosing tends to make it worse than morning.

    Cheaper Tirz in CA?

No way is a legitimate compounding pharmacy gonna touch peptides someone bought online. Those sites are all selling stuff "for research only" or "lab use only", meaning it's not approved for us humans. Not judging anyone who uses them, but a legit pharmacy won't touch them with a ten-foot pole.

    Cheaper Tirz in CA?

Refills is good, use the promo link from March that's stickied on their Reddit. They don't use additives from ProRx either. Trillium also uses Pro Rx but their customer support is way better overall and the prices are a bit higher.

    Slow progress buddies?

Hey Jess_61, congrats on your journey, even if it feels slow. I'm only in week 7 and haven't seen a ton of movement, but I'm sticking with it. Did you notice more changes in clothing sizes than on the scale at first?

    Ozempic: Unexpected Perks?

This is TMI, but ever since my gallbladder was removed, I've had bad GI problems. Since I started Ozempic, I'm regular for the first time in years. I can eat and not have to worry about where the closest bathroom is at all times. It's pretty amazing.

    Ozempic: Unexpected Perks?

I've been using a GLP-1 for 2+ years and it cleared up my rosacea. My skin has never been this good! I think it's from the anti-inflammatory effects.

    Metformin AND Ozempic?!

I'm on both, and I think it's helpful to continue with metformin. I only take 500 mg daily, though. I was never prescribed more than that. I'm also on 1 mg of Ozempic weekly.

Amazing! I remember when I realized how much weight I'd dropped. I saw 150 on the scale and hadn't seen that since high school!

    Metformin AND Ozempic?!

Definitely talk to your doctor about continuing Metformin with Ozempic. You'll probably need both when you first start Ozempic because the starting dose is so low. As your Ozempic dose increases, the Metformin dose will likely decrease, or you might not need it at all.

Oh man, that sucks! But good to hear it's getting better. Maybe I should stock up on bathroom reading material... and some extra strength plumbing snakes.

    Ozempic newbie - body shock!

I’ve tried so many electrolyte things, but I always go back to LMNT. The variety pack is a good way to try everything.
